Before you write
Reminders don't arrive
In the iPhone Settings app, go to Notifications, Puntual, and make sure they are allowed. In the app, check that reminders are on in Settings.
I don't see the countdown on the Lock Screen
The Live Activity shows up half an hour before your next departure. In the iPhone Settings app, go to Puntual and make sure Live Activities is on.
My tasks don't show up on my other device
Make sure both use the same Apple Account and that iCloud is on for Puntual. In the app Settings, the iCloud section tells you whether sync is on. Changes can take a few minutes to arrive.
My Apple Watch doesn't show my tasks
Open Puntual on your iPhone with the watch nearby so they sync. The watch app is installed from the Watch app on your iPhone.
The import didn't find my classes
Try a sharper, straighter photo where the days and times are visible. You can always fix each class before adding it.
I want to delete all my data
In the app Settings you can delete every task; with iCloud on, they're deleted from your other devices too. Deleting only the app removes its data from that device, but the copy in your iCloud stays. So delete your tasks from the app first.
